Location
This year, I’m excited to offer holiday photoshoots in my cozy home studio. By using my own space, I can significantly lower overhead costs, making it possible for families to enjoy beautiful, studio-quality photos without breaking the bank. My goal is to create a welcoming and festive atmosphere, ensuring that we capture those magical moments joyfully and affordably for the holiday season.
I want to kindly remind you that this is my personal space filled with my belongings. I appreciate your understanding in supervising the children to ensure their safety and the respect of my property. While my home may not be perfect and has its quirks, I genuinely invite you to enjoy your time here and make yourselves comfortable. Thank you for your consideration!

Dress Changes
Depending on your photography goals, you can choose to have one or two outfit changes during your session.

You'll find numerous stunning photo opportunities scattered throughout the house, so moving thoughtfully and strategically is crucial, keeping your ultimate vision and desired outcomes in mind.

Disclaimers
I operate from a welcoming home studio with a distinctive element—a flight of stairs. To ensure the safety of our customers, everyone entering the studio must sign a waiver confirming they can easily walk up and down the stairs. Additionally, adults are responsible for ensuring the safety of their children and elderly relatives on the staircase.

**Pets**
To promote a safe and enjoyable environment, all adults attending our studio must sign a waiver regarding pet allergies. This measure considers everyone's health and safety. Our studio is consistently cleaned to minimize pet dander in the air. Benadryl is available upon request.

**Safety**
Outdoor surveillance is monitored for your safety and mine. I take pride in my home, and personal safety is paramount as a woman. Please leave any outside issues outside; this applies to all adults. If you need a moment, there is a park nearby or a patio area in the yard.

**Space**
The studio features a large, full-size bathroom to accommodate wardrobe changes and a body mirror for self-checks in the basement. The studio total area is 1800 sq. ft., with 1 full and 1 half bath on first floor.

**Damages**
Accidents can occur, and that’s understandable. However, if your party is responsible for any significant damages (anything exceeding $20), we ask the responsible party to reimburse for all damages on the same day. We keep receipts for all items stored in the home in case of an incident. If we accidentally damage your property, we will follow the same procedure.
